What’s included

• 7 sachets of Prunex 1 (prune flavor), one for each night.
• 7 sachets of Flora Liv (granadilla flavor), one for each morning.

How each product works

• Prunex 1: An herbal tea made with soluble fibers (psyllium, chicory inulin, and flaxseed mucilage) with prune extract, kelp, and star anise. It helps support healthy bowel transit, helps you get rid of waste, and helps you feel lighter without the discomfort of abdominal bloating.
• Flora Liv: A drink with 10 billion probiotic bacteria per sachet, prebiotic fiber (chicory inulin), granadilla, and goldenberry. It helps regenerate and balance gut flora, which is necessary for proper nutrient absorption, and helps keep your defense system active.

How to take it each day

1. Start at night with Prunex 1: Dissolve 1 sachet in a cup with 180 ml of hot water and drink it like a warm tea before bed. It should be the last thing you consume that day: after drinking it, don’t consume anything else and go to sleep.
2. The next morning, take Flora Liv on an empty stomach: Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass with 180 ml of cold water and drink it on an empty stomach, before eating or drinking anything else.
3. Repeat this cycle for 7 consecutive days (Prunex 1 at night and Flora Liv the following morning) until you have used all 14 sachets.

Recommendations during the detox

• Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
• Avoid dairy products (milk, yogurt, butter, cheese, etc.).
• Avoid red meat.
• Choose light meals with fruits, vegetables, and low-fat foods.

Recommended frequency

It is recommended to do the 7-Day Detox up to 3 times a year.

Precautions

• Prunex 1 contains fibers that stimulate bowel transit; it is normal to go to the bathroom more frequently during the program. Plan your days accordingly.
